Payment Terms & Procedure
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Final payment including the security deposit is due two weeks prior to arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded after your stay. Full payment is due for bookings made within one month of stay.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 during your stay and need to quarantine, we will need to charge you for any extra nights and additional cleaning. We recommend you take out travel insurance to avoid unexpected charges.
