Shopping in Orvieto: there is a fresh food market in the centre of Orvieto twice a week. There are plenty of speciality food shops - cheese, fresh pasta, bakeries, fishmongers to name a few to satisfy all your culinary desires. There are several well stocked supermarkets close by.
Orvieto has several very good ceramic shops, antiques, many clothes shops, a good bookstore and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. There is also a cinema and an historic theater.
In addition, there are many cultural activities that take place in Orvieto from the Umbria Jazz festival at New Year to the Historical Parade in June. We will provide recommendations with your arrival instructions.
