Gardens & Pool

The property is just under 1 hectare and fully enclosed. It is filled with cypress trees, olive trees and fruit trees. There is plenty of space to bask in the sun or retreat to the shade; enjoy the sunset over Orvieto or admire the rows of vineyards that surround the property and distant horizons beyond.

There is a pool, where you can swim laps or relax with magical views of the Umbrian countryside. The pool is 12 x 5 metres and a constant 1.5 metres in depth. There are steps into the pool.
